The Nuts and Bolts
"We believe that every redeemed space serves as a vital beacon of hope when established on a spiritual foundation."
Our ministry begins with building intentional and meaningful relationships, along with conveying our vision and mission to create more affordable housing. By inviting others to reflect the heart of Jesus, the Spirit moves us from a shared dream to reality, as one body with many parts works in tandem for the common good. God is the Master Builder leading us to the properties where we can implement our unique model of restoration and make a significant impact in the communities we serve.
Our ministry practically lives out this mission through four core pillars of restoration:
1. Redeeming Unused Potential
We connect with homeowners to facilitate the renovation of unused spaces such as basements or suites into affordable places to call home for people experiencing financial hardship.
2. Building Worship Hubs
We do more than just create places to reside, we also create places to encounter God. Every transformed space is designed to be a home for fellowship, worship, and discipleship—where neighbors gather to share meals, pray, and grow together in the presence of Christ.
3. Collaborative Stewardship
We work through strategic partnerships and faithful stewardship to bring these spaces to life. By mobilizing construction labor, financial resources, and community support, we ensure every project is built with excellence and integrity.
4. Spirit-Led Participation
We work together to fill housing needs built graciously on truth. Whether opening your home or giving as a donor, we invite you to participate as the Holy Spirit leads, so we may grow as one body for the common good.

Our Core Values
Our core values guide us in everything we do, reflecting our commitment to live out Christ’s grace and truth through our housing programs.
The Beauty of Community
Smile at your neighbours, greet strangers kindly with an open door policy, promote mutual respect, understanding, and the goodness of sharing and hospitality. We all belong together.
Working with Government
Collaborate with all levels of government for funding towards affordable housing units, partnership with their social, physical, and mental health programs that we all share.
Homeowners Gain Income
An extra suite on your property can allow you to tap into rental income giving you more financial options to contribute further into helping those who are less fortunate.
Help House One Another
Help tackle the issues of homelessness, housing affordability, and promote awareness for taking care of each other as everyone is given dignity and respect.
Increase Your House Value
Previously under-used spaces in your property can be unlocked creatively for higher value to increase your own property value with smart renovations.
Promote Morals
sometimes it is not all about money but a mature heart that is needed, a moral compass, and what do we want to teach to our own future self and to others? Let's hear what the bible has to say...
"Don't worry and say, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear?' All the people who don't know God keep trying to get these things. And your Father in heaven knows that you need them. The thing you should want most is God's kingdom and doing what God wants. Then all these other things you need will be given to you."
~ Matthew 6:31-33 (ICB)
